These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, products and services operated by Merethion (OPC) Private Limited ("Merethion", "we", "us"), a One Person Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at [Registered office address] — including the website merethion.com and the Akriva platform available at akriva.ai (together, the "Services"). Akriva is a brand of Merethion (OPC) Private Limited.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a coaching institute or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "Customer" refers to it.

1. The Services

Akriva is a software-as-a-service platform for coaching institutes preparing students for competitive examinations (such as JEE and NEET). It provides, among other features: AI-assisted question paper generation with verification workflows; a computer-based test (CBT) delivery experience; performance analytics; and student/parent reports. Features vary by subscription plan and may evolve over time.

The Customer shall indemnify Merethion against claims arising from (a) Customer Data submitted without the necessary rights or consents, or (b) use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
